runs at 5000 psi, that's what we need for the refuse hauler fleet. this valve gonna hold up at that pressure without giving us grief?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that rating covers what you're running. The SV13-20-C-0-12DGH is built with hardened and ground steel throughout, so it's not a lightweight piece of hardware. Refuse hauler applications are specifically called out as a fit for this valve, so you're in good company putting it to work there.
