How much hydraulic pressure can this flow regulator handle?

This Vickers flow regulator can handle up to 350 bar, which is about 5000 psi.

what's the max pressure this flow regulator can handle? Running a refuse hauler setup and need something that won't give out under load.

Up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. For a refuse hauler application that's well within what this valve was built for. The FR1-10 series is listed specifically for mobile equipment like that, so you're in the right ballpark.
