Running this on a refuse hauler that sees a lot of cycles through the day. What kind of pressure and flow can I expect out of it before it starts being a problem?

Rated to 350 bar, which is right at 5000 psi, and it'll move up to 114 liters per minute. For a refuse hauler that's working hard, those numbers hold up well. The valve is built with hardened and ground steel throughout, so it's not going to wear down quick under regular duty. Normally closed means it defaults to a shut position when the solenoid isn't energized, which is a safe and practical setup for that kind of application.
