flow rate on this valve is listed at 60 liters per minute, but the max capacity says 350 L/min. which number actually applies to my setup?

Both numbers are real, just talking about different things. The 60 liters per minute is the regulated flow rate this particular valve is set to deliver. The 350 L/min figure is the maximum capacity the valve can handle passing through it. So if your system demands up to 350 L/min, the valve can manage that volume, but it will regulate output at 60 L/min. For most mobile equipment like refuse haulers or harvesters, that 60 L/min working rate is the number you actually size your circuit around.
