Running this on a refuse hauler build right now and just want to confirm before I order, this is the 12 volt DC version yeah?

Correct, 12V DC is what this one runs on. It's a 2-way, 2-position normally closed solenoid valve, so in its resting state the flow path stays closed until the solenoid gets energized. Built from hardened and ground steel, so it holds up well in the kind of high-cycle, rough-duty environments you'd see on a refuse hauler.

Will this valve hold up on a trash truck? Seems like a tough environment with lots of cycles.

Hardened and ground steel construction makes this valve pretty durable, even with the high cycle rates and tough conditions you find on refuse haulers.
