What size is that port on this check valve?

It's got a 3/4" port, which should give you a good flow rate.

Got a harvester sitting idle right now waiting on parts, does this check valve handle the pressure ranges we're running in that kind of equipment?

For harvester applications, 350 bar (5000 psi) is the max pressure rating on this valve, and it's built specifically with that kind of mobile equipment in mind. The poppet style design keeps things efficient even with the low spring settings, so you're not fighting pressure drop issues during operation. Flow runs up to 114 liters per minute through a 3/4" port, which lines up well with typical harvester hydraulic circuits.
