Got a harvester that's been fighting inconsistent flow ever since we swapped out the old valve. Would this FR5-8-F-0-0.65 hold steady even when the load pressure jumps around?

Fixed pressure-compensated flow regulators are built exactly for that situation. When load-induced pressure swings hit the system, the valve compensates automatically to keep output flow at the set rate, which for this unit is 10 litres per minute. So yeah, if inconsistent flow is the problem, that compensation feature is what addresses it directly. The FR5-8 series handles pressures up to 350 bar, so typical harvester operating pressures shouldn't push it anywhere close to its limits.
