Got a refuse hauler that's been givin us fits with flow control and wondering if this Vickers MRV2-16 valve would hold up to the pressure we're runnin at 5000 psi?

At 5000 psi, you're right at the rated ceiling for this valve. The MRV2-16 Series is built to handle up to 350 bar, which works out to exactly that 5000 psi mark, so it's not gonna be left struggling at that pressure. For refuse hauler applications specifically, this valve is actually called out as a fit. Flow capacity tops out at 170.3 liters per minute, so as long as your system stays within that range alongside the pressure load, you should be in good shape.
