Running 120 volt on a refuse hauler setup, will this valve hold up to 5000 psi without any issues?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that's the rated maximum pressure for this valve. Hardened and ground steel construction is what makes that rating practical in demanding mobile applications like refuse haulers rather than just a spec sheet number. As long as you're operating within that ceiling, it's built to handle it.
