Will this valve hold up in a harvester application?

It's well-suited for harvesters and refuse haulers, so it should definitely be able to handle that type of work.

Running this on a refuse hauler that works pretty hard most days. Does the 350 bar rating hold up in that kind of environment, or is that more of a peak number?

For refuse hauler duty, 350 bar is the maximum operating pressure this valve is rated for, and that application is specifically listed as one it's built around. The RV5-10 series was put together with mobile equipment like that in mind, so you're not pushing it outside its intended range. Just make sure your system stays within that pressure ceiling and you'll be in good shape.
