valve's rated up to 5000 psi but what's the actual flow rate on this thing for regular use?

Running at 23 liters per minute under normal operating conditions, though the valve is built to handle peaks up to 227 liters per minute (60 gpm) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). That gives you plenty of headroom if you're running it on a harvester or a refuse hauler where demand can spike. The hardened and ground steel construction helps it hold up through that kind of working load without wearing out fast.
