Reckon this will hold up okay on a rig running pretty much non-stop?

flow rate on this thing is listed at 38 liters per minute -- is that the max it'll regulate or is that a fixed set point?

38 liters per minute is the regulated flow rate this valve is set up to manage. Being an adjustable pressure-compensated regulator, it maintains that flow consistently even when system pressure shifts around it. The valve itself is rated to handle up to 350 liters per minute and 350 bar total, but the 38 L/min figure is what it's dialed in to control on the flow regulation side.
