If I'm runnin' a harvester, is this the right valve for the job?

This Vickers RV3-16 series pressure control valve is indeed suitable for use in harvesters, as well as refuse haulers and other mobile and industrial applications.

Running this on a refuse hauler that sees pretty heavy use. What kind of pressure and flow can it actually handle before you start running into trouble?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and it'll move right around 303 liters per minute. For a refuse hauler running hard cycles, those numbers give you solid headroom. The poppet-style design keeps things reliable under that kind of demand without adding a lot of bulk to the system.
