Running a refuse hauler and trying to figure out if this check valve can handle what we're throwing at it pressure-wise. We're regularly seeing spikes up to around 4,800 psi in the circuit. That within range for this thing?

At 4,800 psi you're well within the rated limit. The CV16-10V-P-0-25 is built for up to 5,000 psi (350 bar), so that kind of operating pressure is not pushing the boundary on this valve. The poppet-style construction also helps maintain a solid, low-leak seal even when pressure conditions fluctuate, which is common in refuse hauler applications. For the flow side, the valve supports a working flow rate of 76 litres per minute and can handle up to 227 L/min at peak capacity, so most refuse hauler circuits are going to fit comfortably inside those numbers.
