What's the controlled flow rate on this valve, and is that fixed or can it be adjusted?

Fixed at 23 liters per minute. The FR5-10-F-0-3.10 is a fixed pressure compensated flow regulator, so that 23 L/min rate is set and not field-adjustable. The pressure compensation side of it handles fluctuations in system pressure to keep that flow consistent, but the rate itself stays where it is. If your application needs a different flow rate, you'd want to look at a different model in the FR5-10 series.

How much flow can this thing handle? Just want to make sure it'll work for my setup.

This Vickers flow control valve can handle a maximum flow rate of 350 liters per minute (92 USgpm).
