runs about 38 liters a minute if I'm reading it right, but what's the max pressure this thing is rated for?

At full capacity, this valve handles up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. The 38 liters per minute is the flow rate for this particular model, but the series itself is rated up to 300 liters per minute at that same pressure ceiling. So you've got solid overhead if your system ever pushes harder than normal operating conditions.
