runs about 300 liters a minute through our harvest equipment setup, this valve gonna keep up with that kind of flow?

At 300 L/min (80 USgpm), you're right at the rated maximum flow capacity for this valve. It's built to handle that level of throughput, so running a harvester circuit at full flow is squarely within what this unit is rated for. Just keep in mind the 15 L/min figure listed separately reflects a specific internal flow characteristic, not an overall flow ceiling, so your 300 L/min system demand lines up with the valve's top-end rating.

Reckon this'd be alright for a mobile harvester setup? We push 'em pretty hard out in the fields.

It's applicable to harvesters, and it's built to handle a good bit of pressure, up to 350 bar (5000 psi). So, should do the job, even when you're running things hard.
