Running this on a refuse hauler rig and need to know if the 12 volt coil is already built in or if that's something I gotta source separate?

The 12V solenoid is part of this valve as configured. You're getting a complete unit rated at 12 volts, so no separate coil sourcing needed for that side of things. It's a 2-way, 2-position normally open setup, meaning the valve passes flow in its resting state and shifts when the solenoid energizes. For refuse hauler work, that normally open configuration is worth keeping in mind when you're thinking through your circuit logic.
