What's the max pressure this valve can handle, and is 300 L/min the flow it runs at or just the rated cap?

The 300 L/min (80 USgpm) figure is the valve's rated flow capacity, meaning that's the ceiling it's built to handle. The actual flow rate for this specific configuration is 15 L/min. On pressure, it's rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi. So you've got solid headroom on the pressure side, but the flow throughput on this unit is sized for lower-flow circuits rather than high-volume lines.
