runs at 5000 psi, that right? got a harvester application and need to know this thing can hold up under full system pressure

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it holds up to full system pressure in demanding mobile applications. Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so you're in the right ballpark.
