What kind of pressure can this valve handle, and is 4 liters a minute gonna be enough flow for a refuse hauler setup?

At 350 bar (5000 psi) max pressure, it sits well within the range most refuse hauler hydraulic circuits run. The 4 liters per minute flow rate is on the lower end, roughly 1 US GPM, so this particular valve is better suited for pilot or control functions rather than high-volume main circuit work. If your hauler needs more flow through that control point, the PUV3-10 series overall is rated up to 300 liters per minute (80 USgpm), so there may be a better-matched configuration in that family depending on what your system calls for.
