How stout is this flow regulator? I need it to hold up in a harvester.

flow rate on this one is listed as 114 liters per minute but the max flow says 350 L/min -- how does that work exactly?

The 114 liters per minute is the regulated output flow this valve is set to deliver under normal operating conditions. The 350 L/min maximum is the upper limit the valve can handle passing through it without damage. So the valve keeps your circuit running at that 114 L/min working rate while still being built to withstand much higher flow through the system if conditions demand it.
