What kind of flow can this valve actually handle? I seen the 13 L/min listed but then it mentions 60 GPM too and I ain't sure which one applies to my setup.

Both numbers are accurate but they refer to different things. The 13 liters per minute (about 3.4 GPM) is the rated flow for the valve's solenoid-controlled operation. The 227 liters per minute (60 GPM) is the maximum flow the valve body can pass through it. So depending on how your system is configured, the ceiling on flow throughput is quite high, but the solenoid-driven side is sized for lower flow conditions.

Rated to 13 liters per minute, this valve can handle a maximum flow rate of 227 liters per minute.
