got an old sv15-8-c coil valve on a refuse truck, is this the same vickers cs 8 deal or am i lookin at the wrong one

flow rate on this thing shows 37 liters per minute but the spec block also mentions 227 L/min at 60 gpm. which one actually applies to this valve?
