got a harvester that keeps blowing out the old solenoid valve, runs at 5000 psi, will this Vickers unit hold up to that kind of pressure day in and day out?

Running at 5000 psi puts you right at the rated ceiling for this valve, which is 350 bar. That lines up exactly, so you're not asking it to do more than it was built for. The body is hardened and ground steel, which holds up well in high-cycle field conditions. Harvesters are actually listed as one of the target applications for this series, so it's not a stretch to say it was put together with that kind of punishment in mind.
