Got a harvester sitting idle cause the flow control valve went out on it. Will this Vickers VF11-10N-F-000-.25-00-A get me back up and running, and what's the flow rate on it?

It belongs to the Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton VF1-10 Series, so if your machine was running a valve from that family, this one carries the same part number 02-177782 and should drop in as a direct replacement.
