Running this on a refuse hauler rig right now and need to know if she'll hold up pressure-wise. What's the max this valve can take?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. For refuse hauler duty that's a solid pressure ceiling, and the poppet style construction handles those kinds of demands without a lot of fuss. Flow capacity tops out at 300 L/min, so the valve isn't going to be your bottleneck in most mobile setups.

What's the deal with the flow rate on this thing? Says 30 litres per minute, but then mentions something way higher.

Functionally, this valve is designed to handle flows up to 30 litres per minute for optimal pressure control. It can withstand higher surge flows of 300 L/min (80 USgpm) without damage.
