got a harvester that keeps blowing out check valves under load, would the POC1 12VF0030 hold up at full system pressure?

At 350 bar (5000 psi) max pressure, this valve is built for exactly that kind of demand. Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for it, so you're not pushing it outside its intended use. The poppet-style design tends to hold a clean seal under load better than a ball-type, which is usually where you see those failures stack up in harvest equipment.
