Got a harvester that needs a normally open solenoid valve rated for high pressure work. This one run at 5000 psi or is that just a peak rating?

350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, is the maximum pressure rating for this valve. So yes, it's built to handle that level in demanding conditions like harvester hydraulic circuits. The hardened and ground steel construction is part of what makes it reliable at those pressures rather than just tolerating them occasionally.
