running a couple of these on a refuse hauler build right now, does this valve hold up at full 5000 psi without any issues?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that's the rated pressure ceiling for this valve. On refuse hauler setups specifically, it's one of the listed applications, so it's well-suited for that kind of demanding cycle work. The body is hardened and ground steel, which holds up better than softer construction under sustained pressure loads. Just make sure your system isn't regularly spiking beyond that 5000 psi threshold and you'll be in good shape.
