Flow rate on this thing listed at 114 liters per minute, but I saw somewhere the series goes up to 227 L/min. Which one's right for this model?

Both numbers are accurate, they just apply to different things. The 114 liters per minute is the rated flow for this specific valve, the POC1-12-F-IA12T-030. The 227 L/min figure reflects the upper capability of the broader POC1-12 series. So if your system runs at or under 114 L/min, this valve is sized right for the job.
