Running this on a refuse hauler and just want to make sure the pressure rating holds up, we're pushing right around 5000 psi pretty regular. That gonna be a problem?

At 5000 psi you're right at the rated maximum for this valve, so it'll handle what you're describing. The PRV2-10-S-6T-50/ is rated to 350 bar, which works out to exactly 5000 psi. Just keep in mind that running continuously at the ceiling of any pressure control valve will put more wear on it over time than if you had a little headroom. If your system regularly hits that peak, it's worth factoring that into your service intervals.
