Running 240V AC on the solenoid side, that work with standard industrial panel voltage or do I need a transformer stepped down for it?

240V AC is exactly what this valve is built to run on, so a standard 240V industrial supply hooks straight up without any step-down transformer in between. That said, make sure your panel circuit is actually supplying 240V AC and not 120V or a DC voltage, because the coil is spec'd specifically for 240V alternating current. If your setup matches that, you're good to go.
