Got a harvester that's been giving me fits with the old valve setup. This SV13-12-C-0-24DEH run on 24 volts, and is it normally closed right out of the box?

Running on 24 volts, yes, and it comes configured as normally closed in a 2-way, 2-position setup. So when no power is applied, flow is blocked by default. That makes it a solid fit for equipment like harvesters where you want a fail-safe closed state without having to add extra components to get there.
