Will this here flow regulator work on my harvester?

Application-wise, this Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton flow regulator is used in harvesters, refuse haulers, and mobile and industrial applications.

Running a harvester and need a flow regulator that won't get overwhelmed when things get heavy out in the field. This one rated for that kind of work?

The FR58F01.20 is rated to handle pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and flows up to 350 L/min, so it's got plenty of headroom for demanding harvest equipment. The fixed pressure compensation keeps things steady even when load conditions shift, which is exactly what you want when you're running hard and can't afford inconsistent flow.
