flow rate on this one says 10 liters per minute but the max capacity listed is 350 L/min -- how does that work exactly?

The 10 liters per minute is the regulated output this valve is set to deliver. That's the controlled flow it meters to your circuit. The 350 L/min figure is the maximum flow the valve body itself can handle passing through the system without damage. So you've got a valve that won't choke under high-volume conditions, but it's still keeping your working flow dialed in at 10 L/min where it counts.

Will this regulator work okay on a harvester, or is it too much for it?
