Running this on a refuse hauler right now and need to know if it'll hold up pressure-wise. What's this valve rated to?

Rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. For refuse hauler work that's a solid pressure ceiling, and the hardened and ground steel construction holds up well under the kind of repetitive cycling that equipment sees day in and day out.
