Got a PRV12-10 that finally gave out on my refuse hauler. This a straight swap for the original, or am I looking at sourcing new hardware to get it mounted up?

Same PRV12-10-C-0-15/5 part number, so you're getting a direct replacement for what came out. The spool valve design keeps the footprint compact, which means it drops back into the same space without having to rework your mounting setup. Part number on this one is 02-176508, matches the Vickers original.
