Hey, is this thing gonna hold up if I'm usin' it pretty much all day, every day?

For continuous use, this Vickers check valve is designed to handle pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and flow rates up to 170 liters per minute, so it should be suitable for demanding applications like harvesters or refuse haulers.

Got a harvester that keeps giving me grief with backflow issues. Will a ball-style check valve hold up in that kind of environment, or am I barking up the wrong tree with this one?

Ball-style check valves are well suited for exactly that kind of work. Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, and the ball design handles the stop-and-go demands of mobile equipment better than some other styles. At up to 350 bar and 170 liters per minute, it's got enough headroom for most harvester hydraulic circuits without being pushed to its limits under normal operation.
