Is this the kind of valve I could use on a harvester?

This Vickers FR2-16 series flow control valve is indeed suitable for harvesters, as well as refuse haulers and other mobile and industrial applications.

flow control valve for a refuse hauler build we got going -- does this one handle high pressure or is it more of a light duty unit?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so pressure isn't going to be the limiting factor here. It's also built to pass up to 350 liters per minute through it, and the regulated output goes up to 114 liters per minute. Refuse hauler applications are actually listed as one of the intended uses for this valve, so it fits right in that kind of work.
