Got a harvester that's been giving us grief with load drift on the header lift circuit. Would this Vickers CBV1 valve help hold things steady under a moving load?

Load stability is actually one of the things this valve does well. It's externally piloted and built specifically for motion control in mobile equipment like harvesters, so holding a moving load without drift is right in its wheelhouse. The 3-ported design gives you better control over load-induced pressure spikes compared to a standard counterbalance setup, and it's rated up to 350 bar (5000 psi), so headroom on a header lift circuit shouldn't be an issue.
