running a couple of these on a refuse hauler setup and wondering what kind of pressure this valve can actually hold before it gives out

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. Flow capacity tops out at 300 liters per minute, or 80 US gallons per minute. For refuse hauler work, those numbers hold up well under the kind of demand that application puts on a system.
