What kind of pressure can this valve handle, and is 30 gpm enough for a typical refuse hauler setup?

For most refuse hauler circuits, 114 liters per minute (30 USgpm) covers a solid range of standard flow demands, and the 350 bar (5000 psi) pressure rating gives you plenty of headroom for high-load cycles. The poppet style also helps with reliable seating under those kinds of conditions, so it holds up well in that application.
