Normally open. It is a 2-way, 2-position normally open solenoid valve in the Vickers SV13-10-O/OP/OS series.

runs to 60 gpm on our bigger rigs but this one's slotted for a smaller circuit, what kind of flow should I actually expect out of it?

The 60 gpm and 350 bar numbers you may have seen reflect the broader SV13 series ceiling, not the output of this specific unit.
