Correct, the package includes only the steel housing body itself. It's offered as a spare part.

what exactly comes in the box when you order this part, just the housing itself or other pieces too?

You get the body only with this one. No additional components are included, so if you need fittings, seals, or other accessories to go along with it, those would need to be sourced separately.
