Got a harvester that's been running rough on flow control and I need to swap out the old valve. This FCV7-10V-K-0-20, does it top out at 92 gpm or is that just a rated ceiling you shouldn't push it to regular?

Running at the maximum is generally something you want to avoid in sustained operation, but 92 US gpm is the rated ceiling for this valve. For a harvester application, that headroom gives you solid working range without crowding the limits during normal cycles. The listed flow rate for this valve is 45 liters per minute, so depending on your system demand, you've likely got plenty of margin to work with.

What's the widest point on this valve? Gotta make sure it fits in the space I got.

This Vickers flow control valve has a width of 1.5 inches.
