Running this on a refuse hauler, does it handle 5000 psi, or is that just a peak rating?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so that's the full operating pressure rating, not a burst or peak figure. For refuse hauler duty, that's a solid ceiling and the hardened and ground steel construction holds up well under that kind of regular working pressure.
