Running a refuse hauler and need a normally open solenoid valve at 3/8 port, rated for serious pressure. This Vickers unit handle 5000 psi?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yeah it'll hold up to that kind of pressure no problem. The SV4-10-0-6T-24AP is a 2-way, 2-position normally open valve built from hardened and ground steel, so it's not a lightweight piece of hardware. Refuse hauler applications are actually one of the listed uses for this valve, so you're in good shape there.
