what's the max pressure this valve can handle, and is it gonna hold up runnin on a refuse hauler day in day out?

Rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, so it's got plenty of headroom for the pressure demands you'd see on a refuse hauler. That application is actually one of the use cases this series was built around, along with harvesters and other heavy mobile equipment where pressure regulation has to stay consistent under load.
