Flow rate on this one tops out at 15 litres per minute, right? Got a circuit that can't handle more than that and want to make sure I'm not undersizing it before I order.

Correct, 15 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. It sits in the RV1-8 series, which is built around that flow capacity, so if your circuit is running at or below that threshold you're in the right range. The pressure rating goes up to 350 bar (5,000 psi), so on the pressure side there's plenty of headroom for most mobile and industrial setups.
